These terms govern the online sale of the services and plans offered on robertomas.com by Roberto Mas Marquez, NIF 61868284D, C/ Poeta Muñoz Rojas 5, 29006 Málaga, España, info@robertomas.com.
Prices are shown per service or per subscription, in the currency indicated. Applicable taxes are stated, where relevant, before payment.
The order is confirmed after payment. Payments are securely processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Services billed monthly or annually (hosting, maintenance, plans) renew automatically at term and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period.
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period. For digital services performed immediately with your express consent, this right ends once performance begins, which you accept when ordering. Custom work already delivered is non-refundable.
An invoice is issued for each payment and sent by email.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute, a complaint may be filed through the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). The competent courts are those of the consumer's domicile; failing that, those of Málaga.
