Some providers (GoHighLevel, Stripe, Netlify) are located in the United States. Transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request or the business relationship, then archived or deleted; invoicing data is kept as required by law.
